Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de guidage traditionnels des canons \u00e0 galets Habegger ne changent pas. Les composants int\u00e9rieurs sont identiques \u00e0 ceux de nos canons actuels, except\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9crou \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re du canon. Utilis\u00e9 pour le r\u00e9glage manuel, cet \u00e9crou est remplac\u00e9 par un v\u00e9rin pneumatique qui permet \u00e0 tout instant d\u2019ajuster le r\u00e9glage du canon.<\/p>\n<p>La barre est guid\u00e9e par les galets en m\u00e9tal dur qui sont entra\u00een\u00e9s par la rotation de celle-ci. On retrouve ainsi le principe de fonctionnement d\u2019un roulement \u00e0 aiguilles dont la cage int\u00e9rieure serait la barre (contact direct). R\u00e9glage effectu\u00e9 par un v\u00e9rin pneumatique permettant d\u2019ajuster le r\u00e9glage du canon.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>3 positions: travail &#8211; serrage &#8211; ouverte<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Avant l&rsquo;usinage de chaque pi\u00e8ce, le canon s&rsquo;ajuste \u00e0 la tol\u00e9rance pr\u00e9cise (max. h11) de la barre, \u00e0 l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 la canon trois positions, ci-apr\\u00e8s d\\u00e9sign\\u00e9 par canon TP, est un canon non-tournant \\u00e9quip\\u00e9 de galets en m\\u00e9tal dur pour lequel le r\\u00e9glage est effectu\\u00e9 par un v\\u00e9rin pneumatique.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Le principe est relativement simple. Les \\u00e9l\\u00e9ments de guidage traditionnels des canons \\u00e0 galets Habegger ne changent pas. Les composants int\\u00e9rieurs sont identiques \\u00e0 ceux de nos canons actuels, except\\u00e9 l\\u2019\\u00e9crou \\u00e0 l\\u2019arri\\u00e8re du canon. Utilis\\u00e9 pour le r\\u00e9glage manuel, cet \\u00e9crou est remplac\\u00e9 par un v\\u00e9rin pneumatique qui permet \\u00e0 tout instant d\\u2019ajuster le r\\u00e9glage du canon.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>La barre est guid\\u00e9e par les galets en m\\u00e9tal dur qui sont entra\\u00een\\u00e9s par la rotation de celle-ci. On retrouve ainsi le principe de fonctionnement d\\u2019un roulement \\u00e0 aiguilles dont la cage int\\u00e9rieure serait la barre (contact direct). De ce fait, le guidage de la mati\\u00e8re s\\u2019effectue dans des conditions optimales.\\n\n\n<p>Le canon ne doit \\u00eatre utilis\\u00e9 que pour des barres du diam\\u00e8tre correspondant \\u00e0 la dimension indiqu\\u00e9e sur le
